Marnie joined the firm in 2010. She was born and raised in Central Montana and graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in business administration. You will find Marnie in the service department. She enjoys skiing, camping, being at the lake and spending time with her family.
Kathryn Faircloth, CPA, graduated from the University of Montana with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2003. After working as a professional for five years, she went back to school to pursue a Masters of Accountancy and graduated in 2011. She joined BDM in 2015 and specializes in individual and business tax and financial statement preparation. When not in the office, she spends her time with family and friends enjoying everything Missoula has to offer including hiking, camping, floating, live music, and micro brews.
Matt Pritchard joined Boyle, Deveny & Meyer in 2013. He was born in LaGrange, IL., and moved to Missoula in 1995. Matt received his B.A. in journalism from the University of Montana in 2005 and worked at the Bozeman Daily Chronicle and the Missoulian before trading words for numbers and returning to UM to pursue his CPA license. He has literally been around the world, taking part in Semester at Sea in the fall of 2002, and loves to travel when opportunities arise. Outside of the office, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Erica, and their son, Emerson, as well as being out on the golf course, listening to music and spending time at Flathead Lake in the summer.
Cody Kitchin joined the firm in 2011 as an intern and became full time in 2012. He grew up in the Great Falls area and graduated from Dutton/Brady High School. Cody then completed a double-degree in accounting and management information systems at the University of Montana in 2011. Cody has experience in individual and business taxation, as well as payroll. He will also pursue certification to become a fraud examiner. Cody loves spending time with his wife, family, and his two golden retrievers. In his spare time, Cody is an avid outdoorsman – hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, boating, and skiing.
Sarah Hickey, CPA, with roots in Billings, MT, received her BS in accounting in 2007 from the University of Montana and joined BDM in 2013. She wears many different hats. By day she works with individuals and businesses on their taxes, employee benefit plans, and prepares financial statements. By night, she is a mother of four small children. In the rare pauses in-between, she plans playdates at the park for her children (and the local breweries for herself and husband), spends time with extended family, and dreams of the day when she and her husband, Bryan, might sleep through the night without interruption.
Conor Newman was born and raised in Missoula, graduated from the University of Montana with a BS in Accounting in 2010 and a Masters of Accountancy in 2011. He started working as a tax season intern in 2008 for Boyle, Deveny & Meyer P.C. and was hired on full time in 2011. Conor’s practice centers around individual and business taxation, financial statement compilations, and individual and business financial consulting. During his spare time Conor enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, and snowboarding in the great Montana outdoors.
Colin Boyle, CPA started at BDM in 2006 working tax seasons but has been fortunate to be raised around this organization his entire life. He is a proud graduate of the University of Montana with his undergraduate and Master of Accountancy degrees, classes of 2009 and 2010. His specialties range from individual and business taxation to Opportunity Zones and new tax legislation. He and his wife, Maddy, have two wild boys and enjoy packing them around the state of Montana with their two dogs in tow. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time on the golf course, at the family cabin on Flathead Lake, or cheering on his favorite sports teams.
Nicole Nelson joined the firm in 2011. Nicole was born in Bishop, California and moved with her family to Montana in 1973 where her parents owned and operated Holland Lake Lodge. She graduated from the University of Montana in 1988 with a BS in Finance. After graduation, she moved to California and worked as an accountant for a civil engineering firm. She found her calling and moved back to Montana and completed her second BS in accounting in 1992. Before joining BDM, Nicole worked in Missoula for Mark D. Burke, CPA. Her practice focuses on business and individual tax preparation, small business setup, financial statement preparation and QuickBooks consulting. She has been a board member for several local not-for-profit organizations. Her spare time is spent with her two daughters and friends enjoying the many amenities Missoula has to offer: movies, concerts, college sports, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, running, and hot yoga.
Missoula native, Becky Holdorf, CPA, started at BDM in 2007 and joined the partner team in 2016. She graduated from the University of Montana with a Masters of Accountancy. Following graduation she worked as a financial auditor and tax preparer in Missoula and then a controller for a Boise hospital. In 2007, she found her home back in Missoula. Her practice focuses on individual, business, construction, trust and not-for profit tax, consulting and financial statements. She is also invested in the community by serving on the YMCA Finance Committee and as Treasurer for Western Montana Chapter for the Prevention of Elder Abuse Board. She has served on boards for Missoula Writing Collaborative and The Children’s Center. Becky balances her life in the surrounding mountains alpine skiing, mountain biking and hiking with her family, Brian, Troy and Sydney.
Paul Murch CPA joined the firm in 2009. Paul was born and raised in Harlowton, MT and received a degree in accounting from the University of Montana in 1979. At BDM, his practice includes business and personal tax services, along with financial statement preparation. Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and extended family pursuing outdoor activities including gardening, camping, fishing and hunting. In addition, he enjoys being in the “N-Zone’ cheering on the Grizzlies in the fall.
